ETHICS AT THE WORKPLACE & LEADERSHIP ETHOS

 

Inspiration Developers is hosting an Interactive, specialized conference in Seattle from June 6th through June 7th at the Southlake Union’s Discovery Center. The conference, Building Resilience in a Changing World, is bringing together resilient minds from around the world to discuss tools for mindful decision-making in a changing world.

 

Expert speakers, including  Brenna Davis, an accomplished sustainability innovator and strategist at PCC Community Markets, Danne Stayskal, Senior Principal Engineer, Oracle, and, from Work Wise in Europe, Bertine Van Hoof, an executive and career coach for highly educated professionals and executives, will be participating in panel discussions, breakout and coaching sessions. They will discuss everything from the basic principles of Ethics and Leadership Ethos at the workplace to respecting and encouraging diverse perspectives as a worldview.

 

This conference is designed by Pauline McCharles, founder of Inspiration Developers in Seattle. Pauline, after exploring Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the Welt-Ethos institute in Germany, realized that mindful decision as a CSR discipline would be easier to address in a conference setting. As she stated recently, “Seattle is at the cutting edge of the new global corporate community and it’s the perfect place to come together to discuss best practices in how we develop our business, our people, environmental stewardship, and empowering healthy decision making.”

 

Through Building Resilience in a Changing World, Inspiration Developers’ goal is to bring explorers and resilient minds together. The world is ever-changing and we, as a civilization, can find flow within the changes as our awareness awakens to the whole system.
