Session 3 // - it is time to bring our values with us to the workplace. Being mindful of our decisions, which we always were, only now through a new lens.  Trying on lenses, hear from those in the field, how to unstick, technics that work, efficiency is not always about the first one out of the gate, Done right, the flow gains momentum and teams feel participatory and inspired by the companies growth. The companies decisions become resilience and sustainable as they came out of a diverse pool of thought. We all want our ideas to be heard, lets hear them and as leaders we practice co creation and collaboration, yet competition lurks in the room. Learn how to ride the competitive dragon as a team.
