The past is surrounding us at every turn. Structures are the permanent tracks of the past, while immaterial resources, such as stories and memories are bonds to fulfill those signs with content and to embed them in the present time. The awareness of the relationship among artifacts and the present meanings assigned to artifacts by the community is a basis of the cultural heritage concept. Ashworth (2015) notices that the formation of the heritage concept was a consequence of the intention to maintain anything, which is the outcome of needs of a human being looking not only for a shelter or a sense of security, but also for a sense of belonging, to let him or her to understand him-/herself and the reality surrounding him/her “here and now”.
