Brenna Davis is a sustainability expert, thought leader, and writer. Brenna began her career in the energy industry, and has nearly two decades of sustainability experience. She is the chair and a co-founder of Washington Business for Climate Action, and has spoken on climate change across the state, at the White House, and at COP21 in Paris. Brenna is the author of an upcoming book: Regeneration: How the Resilient Heart, Creative Mind, and Compassionate Soul Light the Path to Global Sustainability.
Tom Everill retired in 2016 as President and CEO of Northwest Center and is working on a book about the inner journey of emergent leadership. For 27 years Tom trudged through a succession of corporate finance positions in the global logistics industry. But it was at Northwest Center where Tom’s passion for social justice intersected with his experience as a business executive.

Reut Livne-Tarandach is an Assistant Professor of Management at the at the University of Oregon. Before launching her academic career, Professor Livne-Tarandach worked as an organizational consultant, HR manager and an officer in the Israeli Air Force. She received her MS in Organization Research from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology and a PhD in Organizational Studies from Boston College. Her research explores the phenomenon of renewal. Renewal represents a central paradox of learning that requires individuals, teams and/or organizations to simultaneously build on and transcend their past. In her research, Reut weaves together theorie of compassion, novelty and change to explore how and why renewal can be achieved. Dr. Hormann has been an organizational consultant for over 25 years. She is passionate about strengthening health and resilience in organizations, especially those organizations that have been impacted by organizational trauma. Shana is an accomplished leader, facilitator, researcher and author in the areas of family violence, sexual assault, and organizational traumatization including leading during organizational trauma. She co-authored a book with Pat Vivian, Organizational Trauma and Healing (2013) that focused on organizational trauma in non-profit organizations. Shana has worked with and trained advocates, therapists, law enforcement officials, social service professionals, clergy and lay people, lawyers, judges, school personnel, and parents about addressing organizational trauma and family violence. Most recently she has provided services to: the National Park Service, Child Welfare Leadership Conference/Indiana University School of Social Work, King County 8 th Annual Domestic Violence Symposium, Muckleshoot Tribal College, Oklahoma Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, and the U.S. Coast Guard Chaplains. Shana received her B.A. in Sociology and Master’s in Social Work from the University of Washington, and her PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University. She joined Antioch’s campus in Seattle in 2000 as a faculty in the M.A. in Organizational Psychology program, and currently serves as Vice President for Student Affairs. Dr. Jyoti Bachani is an Associate Professor of Strategy and Innovation at Saint Mary's College of California. Erica Steckler is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Robert J. Manning School of Business at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Research Fellow at the W. Michael Hoffman Center for Business Ethics at Bentley University. Her work focuses on stakeholder perceptions of organizational authenticity, corporate sustainability and responsibility, positive organizational transformation, authentic governance, and issue interpretation.
