However, as China is undergoing rapid change, a change focused framework of leadership is needed. In the West, Adaptive Leadership has been one of the go to change methods. In this workshop, key concepts of Chinese culture, and Chinese leadership will be discussed. Moreover, key concepts of adaptive leadership will be introduced. Finally, through two interactive activities several suggestions (including the facilitator’s) will be discussed on how to make the adaptive leadership framework applicable in a Chinese or multicultural setting.
