Harnessing Crisis to Break Through Instead of Breaking Down

This session will focus on how individuals, organizations and societies can build resiliency muscles and harness crises to break open instead of breaking down.  Cylvia will share some of the gritty details of having her life and business blow up in spectacular, public and prolonged fashion and what she learned in the process of surviving and eventually thriving on the other side. 

 

She will take participants through a “Work-out Program for Developing Resiliency and Empowerment Muscles!”  Participants will learn practical strategies for turning trauma into triumph, handling loss, balancing control and surrender, harnessing the power of forgiveness (especially of ourselves) and developing a deep sense of being enough and good enough.
