Working with emergent properties. Setting intention, what fun!

Why is it one chef can create a dish that broadens our senses and melts our world and in the same kitchen with the same ingredients another chef can narrow our horizons and awaken our differences?

What is it that is happening in business, when someone can walk into a boardroom and everything feels possible. What is it about this person that reminds us of who we are? what is it that happens that wakes up our imagination?

Does it matter?

As I am served a dish that is beyond my imagination do I care Where I am? where I am going? or from where I came? Not really.

The same thing happens in business, there seems to be a truth beyond words. We hold on to our bullet points, we walk in with an agenda and we make sure we stick to it, not to be swooshed off into a timeless bliss.

On a larger scale is that not what we do when we turn into adults? We hold on to our agenda and stick to our identity. Imagine this incredible dish designed in perfect harmony with the universe waiting to be enjoyed and you say, 'but its not what I was expecting"

Inspiration is letting go. Allowing emergent properties to show themselves. Not everyone can bring together the perfect symphony whether in the kitchen or the boardroom or even have good intentions when they do, but everyone has the ability to be inspired and to use these emergent properties.

Trust wakes up the ability to respond to the pure energy that is dislodged. Motives change, they change by the minute.

Energy flows, be inspired, fear it not and try not to understand. Enjoy, enjoy these free radicals that have dislodged a whole new form of communication that can emerge.

Have you noticed that each generation seems to be doing things the generation before could not imagine? We are so much wiser than our conscience imagination could imagine. In our homes around our friends we could have our guard down and great ideas are born, why not have this be the norm at work?

Set the intention, and work will feel so much more a part of ones existence.
