Collaborative leadership re-framing and implementing by being inspired

Dignity inspires, virtue inspires and when both are cultivated, work glides.

Obstacles become challenges and miss communication builds trust.

Trusting yourself is the most beautiful gift you can offer your co-workers. Building this trust in yourself develops your inspiration. The paradox of individual choices that are based on the groups needs.

A job today, a purpose tomorrow, without changing jobs.

Creating habits that hold us true to who we are while developing within the boundaries of a company might be challenging but once we succeed these habits blossom into a strengthening of character and a respect.

Sometimes it might seem easier to separate our emotional self from our job, we are trained to do that and it is expected of us. We are interviewed on our professionalism.

This has been the way for a long time. Our civilization has been going through these stages of trust. We have trusted different cultures ability too work together, different types of people but only as long as everyone follows the company policies even if this goes against one’s own beliefs.

The next stage is trusting that those working for the company are going to make the right decisions, the best decisions base on both the companies needs and one’s own need for dignity.

Are we now developed enough as a culture that we can recognize the complexities of our nature and the simplicity of our character?

Are we ready to recognize the strength that lies in re-framing and implementing a new model of collaborative leadership, one of mutual respect and inspiring paradoxes of growth?

As a muscle relaxes to flex, as we take a deep breath to then blow it out, one must let go of employees so that they might find their integrity within the job.

Creating space, for leadership to develop and for the un know to emerge will bring out ones inspiration and desire to succeed at ones job.

The power of self confidence and the ability to be resilient are by products of an inspired person.
